Super140's 30G Crew Neck Knit [Black]
This is a 30G high-gauge crew neck knit, which is made from ultra-fine Super140's raw wool, and has one of the finest weaves among men's knitwear.
We use particularly high quality Australian Merino wool, which accounts for only 1% of the world's harvest.
This rare material was knitted slowly and densely over time on a 30-gauge knitting machine, of which there are only a few in Japan.
Normally, 56-60 count two-ply yarn is considered optimal for a 30 gauge knitting machine, but this product uses 48 count two-ply yarn.
This results in a high-gauge, yet highly durable material with a tight weave and good kickback.
We use a mild off-scale processing method that removes as little of the scales (similar to human cuticles) that exist in wool fibers as possible.
It retains as much of its luster and color as possible, as well as the natural softness and fluffiness of wool, so it doesn't irritate your skin even when worn next to it.
This three-season item combines the functionality of natural wool, such as heat retention, antibacterial and deodorizing properties, and wrinkle resistance.
The size is regular fit.
The collar is designed to be high enough to cover your neck when wearing the jacket.
