Payment Methods
You can choose from the payment methods below.
Credit Card
Payment can be made by VISA/JCB/AMEX/MASTER.
・Shop Pay
Cash on Delivery (COD) (Japan only)
- Delivery via Yu-Pack (Japan Post).
- The COD handling fee is charged to the customer.
- Please pay in cash upon receiving your order.
COD Fees:
- Orders up to ¥9,999 → ¥330 (tax included)
- Orders ¥10,000 or more → ¥440 (tax included)
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Fees & Carriers
- Free shipping for orders over ¥10,000 (excluding tax).
- Delivery via Yu-Pack, Eco-Hai, or Sagawa Express.
- Flat shipping fee: ¥550 (tax included) (Some exceptions may apply).
Delivery Time Slots
You may select a preferred delivery time from the following options:
- Morning
- 12:00 - 14:00
- 14:00 - 16:00
- 16:00 - 18:00
- 18:00 - 20:00
Estimated Shipping Time
Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days from the next business day after the order is placed.
For example, an order placed on Friday will be shipped between Monday and Wednesday of the following week.
Business Days: Weekdays excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, New Year's holidays, and summer holidays.
Note:
- Delivery may be delayed during peak sales periods or due to weather conditions.
- If an order cannot be delivered due to an unknown address, extended absence, or expiration of the storage period at Sagawa Express (approx. 8 days after shipment), the order will be automatically canceled.
Gift Wrapping
- Gift wrapping is available for regular items.
- If you require gift wrapping, please mention it in the order memo section.
- When ordering multiple items, kindly specify whether you would like them wrapped together or individually.
- If no preference is provided, all items will be wrapped together.
Coupons
- Coupons can be used only if you have a valid discount coupon.
- Expiration dates and discount amounts vary by coupon.
- Membership registration is required before using a coupon.
- Coupon application cannot be modified after the order is confirmed.
- Coupons are generally for online use only, though some may be applicable in physical stores.
- If you cancel an order that used a coupon, the coupon will not be reissued.
- Multiple coupons cannot be used on a single order.
Returns, Exchanges, Defective Products & Repairs
Return & Exchange Policy
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.
However, in the event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Important Notes:
- Sale & outlet items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and we approve the return, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Please send the item cash on delivery (COD) to the return address specified by us.
Returns & Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted in the Following Cases:
- The return request is made 8 days or more after delivery.
- The item has been worn or used (except for indoor try-ons).
- The item has been washed, cleaned, or repaired.
- The item is missing accessories, tags, or packaging, or has visible damage.
- After inspection, we determine that the item does not qualify for a return or exchange.
